Each employee is trained to the highest standard in building techniques and Health and Saftey standards. Our crew leaders are licenced carpenters or have more than 10,000 hours in the trade. We sponsor employees in the apprenticeship program to the maximum allowed by the ratio system. We offer co-operative placements for both high school and college level students. We hold monthly meetings on process improvement, idea generation and an opportunity for staff to share their expereiences with the entire team. Out of these meetings have come many efficiency measures, training, communication, design and implementation ideas. We think this sets us apart from other companies. We use primarily our own employees to construct your project and we have cultivated long term relationships with the sub trades that we do use. You can’t underestimate the value of an employee-based firm versus one who sub contracts out everything. Just ask someone who has gone through a sub-trade only project how it went, we don’t promise that we are perfect, but perfection is always what we are striving for.
